My background & training

I live by the ocean but feel called by the trees.

I was born and grew up in New Zealand but have called Australia home for over 15 years.

I believe that our relationships are our greatest teachers, my children have been two of my greatest.

Birth, death and rebirth is the rhythm that pulls us through our daily lives so you may as well go with it, often strength comes in the form of surrender.

My Dad was a kiwi and my Mum Australian, I was born in New Zealand and married an Australian, so I consider both countries to be my home.

I have never been able to decide on a favourite colour.
